  • Beaulieu "Beaulieu, one of the South of England’s top visitor attractions, is set in the heart of the New Forest, the UK’s newest National Park. Beaulieu is a great family day out with lots for everyone to enjoy including the world famous National Motor Museum, Palace House, home of the Montagu family, and historic Beaulieu Abbey."   • Bucklers Hard "On the banks of the Beaulieu River, in the heart of the New Forest National Park. The Maritime Museum and Buckler’s Hard Story give an insight into the history of the village whilst a trip on the river or a walk beside the riverbank provides an opportunity to see some of its abundant wildlife."(25 mins from Bashley)
  • Christchurch Ski Centre "Not only is it the widest in the land and usable throughout the summer months, because of its unique mist-lubricated surface, it also boasts one of the prettiest settings.   • Hurst Castle"Hurst Castle is situated at the seaward end of the shingle spit that extends 1.5 miles from Milford-On-Sea. The end of the spit, only three-quarters of a mile from the Isle of Wight, and the views from the top of the centre keep are spectacular.(15 mins from Bashley)

  • Longdown Farm "A family run farm, with lots of freindly farm animals to meet, with plenty of opportunities to touch and feed them." (30 mins from Bashley)
  • Marwell Zoo " Marwell Zoological Park is owned and run by Marwell Preservation Trust, a registered charity dedicated to the conservation of wildlife and natural habitats both locally and internationally."(30 mins from Bashley)
  • Monkey World "Set amongst the woodland of Dorset lays 65 acres of sanctuary for over 240 primates. Monkey World was set up in 1987" (1 Hour from Bashley)
  • Moors Valley Country Park "At Moors Valley there is something for everyone...whether you want to enjoy a peaceful walk or cycle ride through the Forest, experience a ride on an authentic narrow-gauge steam train or even go on a high wire adventure swinging through the tree tops..."   • New Forest Otter, Owl & Wildlife Park "As you walk about the Wildlife Park you'll see some of Europe's largest gathering of otters, owls and other indigenous wildlife all in their natural surroundings including,  pine martens, badgers, polecats, mink, foxes, Scottish wildcats, deer, lynx, wallabies and wild boar."   • New Forest Show (28th, 29th and 30th July Only) "The New Forest and Hampshire County Show was first held in 1921 and it is now the highlight of Hampshire’s social calendar featuring all the attractions that have made it so popular for the best part of a century." (15 mins from Bashley)
  • Paultons Park "Paultons Family Theme Park on the edge of the New Forest, offers a great family day out with over 50 different attractions and rides included in the price.
